– 100 gr of smoked salmon
– 100 gr of cream cheese
– Fresh dill
– Lemon juice
– 1 tomato
– 1/2 cucumber
1. Put the smoked salmon, cream cheese and fresh dill in the mixer. Add some lemon juice and pepper to your own tast.
2. Divide the mixture over de small serving glasses.
3. Top off with some tomato and cucumber cubes.
TIP: you can also put the salmon mousse on small toasts and top off with a tomato and cucumber slice
